We are looking for Native English Speakers to join an exciting lead generation campaign in the industry of Real Estate Investment. 

Applicants must have a Valid US or Canadian passport or Valid US or Canadian Birth Certificate

Tasks Include the Following:

  • Calling pre-screened prospects, to discuss if they are interested in selling any properties they currently own.
  • Taking detailed notes from prospects about the condition of their properties.
  • Obtaining a basic idea of the price they have in mind for the sale of their home.
  • Discovering their motivation to sell.  
  • Forwarding the lead to the Real Estate Investor client in the US, for their team to follow up, discuss further details, make an offer and close.

Support Provided to the Agent:

  • Full training on how to use the client outbound calling dialer software, which is provided to the agent.
  • Full training relating to the product/service and the process for calling prospects, including: questions to ask, how to handle objections, how to complete the lead forms, etc.
  • The agent will receive all online tools necessary to carry out the tasks for this position.
  • Full HR support will be provided for the home-based agent, including any additional training requirements, technical support, and payroll support, with payments for work completed made directly to the agents account bi-weekly.


Other information

  • Starting at $11per hour professional services / freelance position.
  • Part-time (20) to start and then 30 or 40 hours per week schedules are available.
  • Native English only.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizen (exceptions made for Canadians with no accent) and must have Government issued ID.


Job requirements

Potential Candidate Requirements:

  • US or Canadian Citizen - must provide proof of identity.
  • Willingness to work 20 - 40 hours per week.
  • Friendly and engaging telephone manner.
  • Ability to work from a suitable home-based environment.
  • Well-organized and structured approach to working, with the self-discipline and motivation to work from home.

IT Requirements

  • Internet connection of at least 3mbps upload and 20mbps download speed and a ping of less than 20.
  • Installed Memory (RAM): 8GB MINIMUM Processor: Intel I3 (ideally I5) or AMD equivalent/I3 Core 6th Generation Intel.  Minimum Benchmark score of 3000.
  • Headset with noise canceling microphone with USB connection.  Bluetooth headsets are not supported.
  • While previous telephone sales or customer service (call-center or home based) is an advantage, it is not absolutely necessary for these positions, as full training is provided. What is more important is an enthusiastic and determined mindset, and a professional, confident, engaging and friendly phone manner, with some basic computer skills, and administrative abilities.
